We at The Sound Shelter are thrilled to announce the Spelleman Nomination (Norwegian Grammy Nomination) of Hege Oversveen’s latest album Goodbye Yellow Roses, an album recorded, mixed, and mastered by Brett Ryan Stewart of WireBird Productions at the studio.

Taking the nomination for country album of the year in Norway, Goodbye Yellow Roses features a band full of Nashville notables including Bones Hillman (Midnight Oil) on bass, Steve Latanation (Agent Orange / Matthew Ryan) on drums, Mike Payne (Chris Tomlin) on guitar, and Randy Leago (Beach Boys) on horns, Jessie Brown, Brett Ryan Stewart, and Rosemary Fossee- BGVs. The album also included Norwegian Bukkehorn player Sissel Morken Gullord who notably played on the soundtrack to Disney’s Frozen.

The awards will take place March 30th.
